Back to hobbies ... and Life

Finally got a decent photo of our black pug. He's a beut! He has to think about things alot before dealing with them. He has to sniff and sniff and sniff on a spot and think about what it all means. While the boston terrier would just take a quick sniff and head out looking for things to eat or things to chase. The collar he wears has lots of spikes on it ... just to keep Sheba from chewing on it or using it to pull him around.

Electrical Back Whizzer

See those streams of electrical lines?
That's what they did to my back today ...

First they squirted a couple of spots of REALLY cold gel onto my lower back, then they stuck 4 electrode patches to my lower back and buns, then they cranked up the buzzy flow of those electricity lines to 135, put a heating pad on top, and let it go for 30 minutes while I read a book. (while laying on my tummy)

It was interesting, but didn't do much for me.

Because partway home I was taking more motrin for pain.
And they were talking of me coming there 3 times a week for this?

my chiropractor used to do that before he would adjust me. It felt good at the time, but later I hurt. He would also put a huge Ice pack on over the electrodes. It was fun to see how high I could handle the buzz till it hurt.... the things we do for fun!

Since it is V.A., they pay me $50 to come do it ... how much more fun is that?
