We attended a seminar given by a Psychiatrist and a couple of Psychologists at SEAMC this morning. The topic was Depression. In general ... and the assets available to deal with it. To include the spiritual side of the house.
AND if you should happen to get bored ... SEAMC has guest WiFi ... so you could use your iPod Touch to go on Face Book and make comments, check your email, and surf the web. Not that I would be caught doing any of these things ... but there was still the possibility ... :-) Ok, maybe ...
Oh, and the PR Department tossed in a free lunch in the cafeteria. Yes!

I know! Isn't guest wifi the best!!! It totally kept Ben from dying of boredom sometimes @ the hospital.
