Back to hobbies ... and Life

Finally got a decent photo of our black pug. He's a beut! He has to think about things alot before dealing with them. He has to sniff and sniff and sniff on a spot and think about what it all means. While the boston terrier would just take a quick sniff and head out looking for things to eat or things to chase. The collar he wears has lots of spikes on it ... just to keep Sheba from chewing on it or using it to pull him around.

Magus

Nope, I'm not welding up one of these things.
I do find them fascinating and wonder what was going through the artist's mind when he was adding parts and pieces to them.

So, the "Magician"

Frontal view -- sorry I cut off the right hand.

Back view

Look what is hidden under the back ...
a HUGE engraved spoon.
the artist picked the spoon up in New York City
and put it on there in memory of the guys on TV that rub the handle of a spoon and use their "mental powers" to cause it to bend and curl.

a strange little pagoda

prestidigitation - the right hand

Time for Sheila T. to take another art welding class ...
