For those of you who are speculating as to what constitutes a "Wide Load" or "Oversize Load" ... here are a few pictures to make this clear. In the top foto, the truck is literally driving down the line at the far right side of the lane ... and the load still over-hangs the left lane. We had to get to the far left side of the left lane to pass it ... and even then it felt uncomfortably close. Find a Pilot, Loves, Petro, Flying J, or some other truckstop and watch the truck drivers as they come inside to fuel. You'll gain a new appreciation for the concept of "wide load." A few minutes there and I feel down-right svelt.
Back to hobbies ... and Life
Finally got a decent photo of our black pug. He's a beut! He has to think about things alot before dealing with them. He has to sniff and sniff and sniff on a spot and think about what it all means. While the boston terrier would just take a quick sniff and head out looking for things to eat or things to chase. The collar he wears has lots of spikes on it ... just to keep Sheba from chewing on it or using it to pull him around.
