Walking The Dogs

The dogs don't seem to understand that it is getting darker and darker at 6:00 a.m. -- They still want to go outside and take their walk.  So I took a few fotos to show that the moon is still up and the sun is still thinking about coming up ...

Notice that some of the trees are losing their leaves.

And the harvest moon is still shining brightly.

There are clouds still lurking from the rain showers last night.

More scattered rain showers are forecast for today.

That's the first rain we've had in over a month.

That's about the best hand-held shot I've taken of the moon.

The morning sun is stretching and yawning ...

throwing brief splashes of silver on the clouds.

There is the "main drag" with sparse morning traffic.

Well, it's another 4 hours until the college football games start ...

and

I need to go instruct archery at camp this morning.

I'll "veg." this afternoon in front of the TV.
